At Chompshop, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
